Three Steps to a Successful Club

When KJO become involved with your club we initially work on a three step approach and then as our relationship develops we become an ever greater asset by having a better understanding of your exact requirements. Here are the steps:-

  1. Club Profile
Complete a KJO Club Evaluation Questionnaire. This helps the club to identify how it is performing in various aspects of its management and operation. This can lead to the creation of a Club Development Plan to address those areas.

  2. Club Active
KJO come to your club to provide a 1hr free session. There are a wide range of these sessions which promote creativity and development of a clubs coaches and members. The sessions provide support, skills and knowledge to meet the needs of both the clubs and individual. For further information please contact us at: clubactive@kayakojacko.com or submit an online booking form.

  3. Club Development Modules
KJO development modules offer clubs the opportunity to design bespoke programs using any of the courses currently offered by KJO, e.g. freestyle, steep creeking, white water, expedition training and/or any BCU qualifications. They offer the perfect learning experience and provide for a broad range of abilities within their Club.
