Old Dogs New Tricks
The aim of the program is to provide a range of activities from freestyle sessions to river running trips throughout the year. The focus is on creating a fun peer group coaching environment where you can tap into a wealth of expertise or come along for the experience and temporarily escape the normal stresses of life.
What can the Old Dogs New Tricks provide me?
The learning outcomes of this program are totally geared towards getting the best out of your time on the water and achieving fluent, controlled, confident paddling. If you have an interest in the following development areas then this program would have great benefits for you.

What activities are available on the program?
The program runs throughout the year with regular freestyle sessions running from Jan to April and trips and experiences running throughout the summer.
What level of ability do I need to be?
In order to get the best out of this program you should feel confident on grade 3 water. You must have a reliable white water roll (80%+ effective). You should also be reasonably fit. If you have little confidence or your roll is not confident then check out our Equilibrium or Advanced Rolling Courses.
