How long does the scheme last?

Your programme is flexible to fit around your lifestyle and work demands. However at the start a time frame will be outlined, this does have a reasonable level of flexibility (this will all be agreed through your training contract) .You are encouraged to use your time between sessions to consolidate; we provide assistance in networking with other paddlers.

Will the course be challenging enough if I am advanced or expert?

Quite simply, yes. KJO have worked with National Teams, National Champions, European Champions and World Champions. We also work with Extreme Athletes (people paddling the biggest, fastest, hardest water in the world) so, we can guarantee there will be enough challenge for everyone.

Are there options for Trips and special sessions?
